This has been the pivot on which all activities of the college rotate. When a vision has been stated clearly and well understood by all concerned, the next thing is to go into action. Vision without action is a mere dream, while vision backed with action changes the world. In KC, we have been able to translate the vision of the college into reality by employing qualified, competent, experienced and trainable staff, teachers in particular who can, with the co-operation of the students and management of the school, strive for academic excellence. At the various levels, leadership by example is emphasized. The leaders consistently set good examples in learning and character. We admit students from diverse background and social class. The College has also played out its reformatory role to the extent that boys that had challenges in character graduated in learning and good character. It is amazing to see them exhibit positive traits within the shortest time with the kind of training discipline. The College has therefore consistently produced boys worthy in learning and character, men and (women) of honour and integrity. The testimony of such high class products abound to the extent that a random sample of high class egg heads and captains of industry is a roll call of the Kingsmen that graduated from our College. Several of such students who graduate from the college have been writing back to express their appreciation to the institution for transforming their lives while parents have also been giving testimonies as to the impact and turn around the training of their wards in the college had been especially at the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.
